The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the Christmas markets, just a short walk from both the shopping center and the Altstadt. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a unique artistic atmosphere.

Plenty of healthy food at breakfast time. Really helpful and gentle stuff on reception and elsewhere. Good and amazing location right by the old town and shopping streets, the buildings/shops, and the Dhaus theater in a really cool area.

Our guest room was charming little and brand-new, had courtyard view. A walk-in shower in the open bathroom was a plus. The public parking was close to hotel, great service.

I really enjoyed the quirky layout of my cozy room and the shower was amazing! However, the breakfast fell short of the hype. I'd stay here again for sure.

The location is superb, right near subways and tram stops. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, and the bar offers an very nice variety of drinks, including fantastic coffee.

Immediate access with heavy luggage could be improved due to stairs in the entrance.

Soundproofing issues with walls led to disturbances from neighboring guests late at night, and room lacked even bottled water or a minibar.

the hotel is very chic with spacious rooms and nice amenities like great shower gel. the breakfast selection is kinda limited and not worth it.
