Our guest room was charming little and brand-new, had courtyard view. A walk-in shower in the open bathroom was a plus. The public parking was close to hotel, great service.

Plenty of healthy food at breakfast time. Really helpful and gentle stuff on reception and elsewhere. Good and amazing location right by the old town and shopping streets, the buildings/shops, and the Dhaus theater in a really cool area.

The location was particularly good and amazing, short walk to the grocery store, the Kö shopping mall, and Dusseldorf. It was easily accessible. It was a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the lake. the breakfast had lots of selection. the food was healthy.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing hotel with such friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. We discovered a great coffee shop called battalice x koffee nearby, which was just a short distance from the hotel. The queen room we stayed in was well-equipped with climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
